The App adds a 3D ring builder to your Shopify store and applies the rates you set at checkout.

It also lets you create styles and view ring orders with spec sheets.

Features may change as we improve the App. We’ll give notice before removing a major feature.

You need an active Shopify store, and your use of Shopify is governed by Shopify’s own terms.

The App relies on Shopify’s platform, including Shopify Functions and checkout.

We aren’t responsible for Shopify’s availability or changes Shopify makes.

The App costs $99 a month per store after a 14-day free trial, unless the App’s Shopify App Store listing shows a different plan when you subscribe.

Shopify bills the subscription on your Shopify invoice under Shopify’s billing terms.

You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the App. Uninstall during the trial and you won’t be charged.

Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already billed aren’t refunded.

We’ll give at least 30 days’ notice of any change to the price.

the rates, options and styles you set, and the totals they produce;

your products, descriptions, orders, fulfilment, returns and taxes;

checking every order before making a ring. The 3D render shows the design, not exact manufacturing measurements. Confirm the stone size, head height, band measurements and ring size with your jeweler;

following the laws that apply to your store, including consumer and privacy laws.

misuse the App;

try to get around its checkout protections;

reverse engineer it, except where the law allows;

use it for anything unlawful;

interfere with its security or other users.

We own the App, including its 3D engine, designs and software.

You keep ownership of your store content and data.

You give us permission to use your content only as needed to run the App for you.

Styles you create are yours to use in your store.

We work to keep the App available and to fix problems quickly, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data;

our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the App. We’ll give reasonable notice where we can.

When the App is uninstalled, we delete your shop’s data as described in our privacy policy.
